We are seeking a Commercial Director, who will report into our Chief Commercial Officer, to drive growth and maximise the potential of a portfolio of business units generating c. £5m in annual revenue, delivering software solutions to UK schools and education establishments. In this pivotal role, you will have full P&L responsibility and lead strategic development, operational performance, product evolution, and commercial growth across multiple business units. You will operate through both direct and matrix teams, maintaining a strong external focus to understand how our technology supports users’ objectives. By identifying opportunities, evolving products, and exploring new business models, you will deliver enhanced value to customers and drive revenue growth across new and existing customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own P&L and commercial performance of multiple business units.
