We are looking for someone who combines strong technical CRM and automation expertise with excellent creative judgement — someone who can build sophisticated workflows in ClickDimensions and MS Dynamics while also creating professional, visually engaging, high‑converting emails, newsletters, banners, and short‑form campaign content.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable building automations, creating sales sequences, developing forms and integrations, writing compelling email copy, and producing polished email communications that reflect brand quality and drive measurable engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email content, design & campaign execution
    • Lead the creation, build, and optimisation of visually engaging, high-performing email campaigns across marketing newsletters, sales sequences, lead nurture journeys, and operational email communications.
    • Design professional, compelling email designs and content that are visually polished, on‑brand, and optimised for engagement.
    • Write and refine engaging email copy to drive customer engagement, conversion, and brand consistency.
    • Ensure all email communications are visually consistent, proof‑read, and aligned to ParentPay Group brand and value proposition.
  • Marketing automation & sales sequencing
    • Plan, build, and continuously optimise best‑practice email automation workflows in ClickDimensions to support nurture journeys, sales sequencing, onboarding, and re‑engagement campaigns.
  • Email communications calendar ownership
    • Act as the central point of contact for email communications, working cross‑functionally with data, web, creative, and other teams to coordinate activity effectively.
    • Oversee the planning and orchestration of marketing, operational, and transactional email communications to ensure consistency in timing, brand, messaging, and tone of voice.
  • Web forms
    • Build well‑optimised web forms, ensuring seamless setup, effective data capture, and CRM integration.
  • Performance & reporting
    • Analyse and report on email and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve engagement, conversion, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Team management
    • Manage and support a team of two, providing clear direction, prioritisation, coaching, and day‑to‑day oversight.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven experience in a CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation role within a B2B environment.
  • Strong hands‑on expertise in ClickDimensions and MS Dynamics, including email campaigns, sales sequences, lead nurture flows, and web forms.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practice, including segmentation, personalisation, deliverability, and performance optimisation.
  • Experience building web forms and CRM integrations to support accurate data capture and seamless data flow.
  • Strong ability to create visually engaging, professional emails and email assets, with an excellent eye for layout, design, and brand consistency.
  • Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Illustrator; a portfolio of email work will be required.
  • Confident email copywriter, able to produce engaging, high‑quality content.
  • Experience owning and coordinating a high volume of email communications, with the ability to manage competing priorities, deliver at pace, and maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience reporting on email and campaign performance and using insights to improve results.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members, with the ability to provide clear direction and support.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Highly detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and error‑free delivery.
