Job Specification
Position: Nanny/Housekeeper.
Location: Torquay, Devon.
Start Date: 05/01/2026 (flexible).
Type: Permanent full‑time nanny (live‑out).
Responsibilities
- Nursery duties: take 3 children to nursery (two toddlers 7.5 months and one 3 years).
- Pick up children from nursery and care until 6 pm on school days; provide bath and bedtime routine.
- Prepare and cook evening meals, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping.
- General tidying, laundry and ironing.
- Drive children, walk the family\’s dogs and check on pets.
- Plan and lead age‑appropriate activities at home on Fridays.
- Annual 6‑week family holiday to France (skilled in travel arrangements).
Hours
Mon‑Fri, 10 am – 6 pm (38 term‑time weeks; reduced to Mon‑Tue during school holidays).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Childcare qualifications, Ofsted registration, proven experience with children.
