Earn while you learn at Princes Risborough Nursery, HP27 9DN. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with 40 hours per week and varied shifts from 7:15am to 6:15pm. You can choose to work 4 long shifts if preferred.

Your Role:
As a Nursery Apprentice, you’ll help create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive. You’ll support the team with:
- Planning fun and engaging activities
- Supporting children’s learning and development
- Helping with mealtimes, play, and daily routines
- Building positive relationships with children and families
- Maintaining a safe and caring environment
- Observing and supporting children’s progress
Every day is different, and you’ll play an important role in helping children grow emotionally, socially, and educationally.
About the Apprenticeship:
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
- Training delivered virtually alongside your practical experience
- Apprenticeship duration: approximately 15 to 20 months
- Full support provided from day one
What We’re Looking For:
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
- Passionate about working with children
- Friendly, caring, and reliable
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Able to travel to the nursery location
You’ll also need:
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent), or willingness to complete Functional Skills support alongside the course
- Access to a laptop/computer with internet access
- To have lived in the UK for at least 3 years for apprenticeship funding eligibility
The role is for an Apprenticeship:
Starting pay: Minimum Wage for Age. Progression: If aged 19+ and continuing beyond the first year, pay will increase to at least the applicable age-related National Minimum Wage from year two. Performance and annual reviews may apply thereafter.
