If you’ve qualified in Level 2 Childcare and would like to do your Early Years Educator (EYE) Level 3, to be counted in ratios then look no further. Here at Parenta, you will be in safe hands. We have early years settings in your area that are looking for qualified and keen Level 2 childcare practitioners who are interested in completing their Level 3.
Doing your Level 3 in Early Years Educator (EYE) will:
- Increase your earning potential
- Give you a qualification equivalent to 2 A Levels
- Qualify you as a professionally recognized early years educator
- Teach you how to promote a child’s physical, emotional, and social development
- Give you much better career opportunities – you can go on to do a Level 3 Diploma in Team Management and even a Level 5 in Childcare!
Course duration will be between 15 - 20 months based on 30 hours worked per week. The duration will be longer if average weekly hours are less. Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will receive an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification.
