What does this role involve?
You will be joining a product team, working in a fast-paced environment, where youll be developing and supporting our cloud based, desktop and web-based applications.
You would be working on a variety of projects from Cloud Payment Gateways, API\’s, JSON and REST, New cloud microservices developments – there\’s a lot here to keep you busy.
Youll be supporting the design and development of current and emerging applications and joining an important team within Procode.?
Who are we looking for?
Your current commercial C# skills and continued interest in developing and enhancing these, will be key to your success in this role.
Your wider understanding of the .NET stack, (e.g., .NET core and microservices), will provide you with a solid base from which to grow.
Your experience within an Agile (Scrum) working environment, alongside your problem-solving skills, will enable you to hit the ground running.
Your strong communications skills will enable you to speak in both technical and non-technical language, to clarify requirements and business needs.?
This role will allow you to gain skills in or evolve your knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).
And what is the technical environment?
This includes: C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET (core), API\’s RESTful Services, JSON, Docker, GIT (Bitbucket), OOP, SOLID, Cloud deployment and microservices, NoSQL and Oracle (SQL PL/SQL), AWS & Azure.
To be successful in this role you will be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process.
This role will involve an on-call rota (24/7).
