Dalkia UK is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the Biostar Project in Bracknell. Based on-site, you will lead commercial management of MEP works, manage procurement, cost reporting and contract administration within the Commercial Team.
You will measure and value works, prepare cash flow forecasts, submit cost to complete, and build strong relationships with clients and supply chain. The role requires extensive experience with JCT Design and Build and an M&E subcontracting background.
