The role: As a Senior Global Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Manager, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Leading complex, high-value sourcing initiatives and negotiations across IT, HR and Professional Services, securing strong commercial outcomes
  • Defining and executing global category strategies to drive value, manage risk and shape market engagement
  • Acting as a senior commercial advisor to stakeholders, influencing sourcing decisions and demand management
  • Managing a portfolio of strategic suppliers, driving performance, innovation and continuous improvement
  • Delivering total cost of ownership optimisation through commercial modelling and structured contract approaches
  • Identifying and unlocking value opportunities using market insight, supplier capability and industry trends
