What You’ll Be Doing:
- As a key member of our high street Energy Hub team, you’ll be at the forefront of driving sustainability in your local community.
- You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, whether face-to-face or over the phone, offering support that goes beyond energy services.
- You’ll empower customers with practical, personalised energy-saving advice, helping them reduce their usage, lower their bills, and shrink their carbon footprint, along with introducing them to our innovative, eco-conscious products and services.
- Using our in-house CRM system, you’ll resolve queries efficiently and clearly translating technical information into everyday language and ensuring every interaction supports our mission for a more sustainable future.
- Beyond customer service, you’ll be a sustainability ambassador in your community.
- You’ll collaborate with local charities and organisations through our charitable foundation, Utilita Giving, supporting initiatives that strengthen communities and promote environmental responsibility.
- By leading local green initiatives and working closely with your team, you’ll inspire others to take part in building a cleaner, more connected future making our Energy Hubs not just places of service, but centres of environmental and social impact.
