Director of Funding Development 20 hours per week | Hybrid Working | Gloucestershire 40,000- 50,000 FTE dependent on experience. ( 21,333- 26,667 pro rata for 20 hours per week based on a 37.5 hour week) Help us secure the future for families of children with additional needs. Parent and Carer Alliance C.I.C. is seeking an experienced and ambitious fundraising professional to lead our income generation strategy and drive sustainable growth. We support over 3,600 families across Gloucestershire, ensuring they feel informed, empowered, and connected. This newly created senior role offers an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference while helping shape the future of a respected, family-led organisation.
