What will I be doing?

As a Contact Centre Associate, you will form part of our Contact Centre team and you will play an integral part in our Customer Experience department. In your new role, you will be the first person that the customer engages with when calling MSC and your goal will be to provide a great experience through exceptional service whilst processing orders and quotes. Being the first person that our customers talk to makes you a significant part of their journey with MSC. By positively representing the MSC brand and confidently outlining what they can expect from us, you will make a memorable first impression. This will be the foundation on which we will build to form a long-standing partnership with our customers. Therefore, your initial involvement will directly impact our ability to grow as a business and exceed our customers’ expectations. Whilst speaking to our customers, you will be able to gain firsthand insight into their business and their objectives. By adopting a proactive approach, you will be able to liaise with our sales functions with a view of providing solutions for our customers. Sharing this knowledge will allow our brilliant sales teams to do what they do best. We need you to have meaningful conversations with our customers and position MSC as a vehicle to enable their growth.
