When it comes to performance, skills and experience don’t tell the whole story. They only tell us what to do in known, predictable, and contextual situations. We look for attributes as they tell us how you behave in all situations, particularly unknown, challenging, or stressful ones when you can’t apply your learnt skills. We have big ambitions, and we need people who work here to have big ambitions too. To achieve our growth plans we need talented and driven people who are curious and comfortable with uncertainty and step outside their comfort zone to learn and try new things. If you're the kind of person who rolls up your sleeves and gets stuck in, we want to hear from you!
We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Salesforce Admin Lead to take ownership of our Salesforce platform and support its evolution across Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator or Admin/Developer who is keen to expand into Data Cloud, marketing enablement, and emerging AI capabilities, with access to Trailhead, mentoring, and partner support. You’ll begin by stabilising and optimising our Sales Cloud environment—improving usability, strengthening data quality, and ensuring the platform is well-configured and trusted. As the role develops, you’ll help establish strong data foundations that enable Marketing and support future AI-driven use cases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary Salesforce administrator, managing users, permissions, flows, and configurations
- Supporting and enhancing Sales Cloud performance and data integrity
- Contributing to the implementation and use of Data Cloud, including data modelling and identity resolution
- Enabling Marketing through structured, reliable datasets and supporting Marketing Cloud data processes
- Maintaining documentation, supporting releases, and driving continuous platform improvement
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners
What success looks like (first 12 months):
- A stable, well-adopted Sales Cloud environment
- Improved data quality and consistency
- Marketing empowered with reliable, self-serve data
- Foundational Data Cloud capability established
- Reduced reliance on external Salesforce support
Skills & experience:
- Proven Salesforce Administration experience
- Strong Sales Cloud knowledge, including flows and automation
- Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with a passion for data quality
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new Salesforce capabilities
- Exposure to Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or AI features (e.g. Einstein) is advantageous but not essential.
This role suits someone eager to grow into broader platform ownership in a supportive, evolving environment.
