Role Description
- Acting as a technical expert guiding and supervising the development of high-power sub-systems in the areas of directed energy.
- Building relationships with customers and partners and helping to define and bid deliverable programmes.
- Mentoring and developing teams of early career engineers in a fast paced and energetic environment.
