The Role
Through growth and team movement, we are currently seeking two experienced Residential Conveyancers (PQE of 2yrs min) to join our thriving Residential Conveyancing team.
As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, supporting clients through the entire conveyancing process. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate their expertise as a fee earner, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your ability to network and grow your own client base will be vital to your success in this role.
You may also be involved in training, mentoring and developing our less experienced team members and trainees, so experience, or an interest in this would be beneficial but not essential. We are also interested to hear from candidates who have experience in agriculture.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a dedicated Legal Assistant, contributing to the continued success of the team. Candidates would need to be based in our Bridgwater or Yeovil office, on a hybrid working arrangement.
What we offer YOU
- We provide – You will be offered a salary and benefits package that rewards your experience, skills and is highly competitive in our sector or the market.
- We develop – Come to us if you’re interested in continuous learning opportunities and our recently introduced Career Progression Framework.
- We support – Flexible working arrangements and plenty of policies that promote work-life harmony, such as birthday leave and the opportunity to purchase or sell your annual leave.
- We listen – Ultimately, it’s our people who make us great! Our team is supportive and inclusive, ensuring you have the resources and encouragement to succeed.
- We encourage – We have roots in the community and we want you to be a part of that too, so we encourage participation in community and pro bono work, making a positive impact beyond the office.
