We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused ERP & Systems Access Support Analyst to join our team and play a key role in managing user access across our ERP, reporting, and finance systems. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of user access, supporting joiners, movers, and leavers, handling support requests through our ITSM platform, and ensuring strong governance and a great user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, amend, and remove user access across ERP and related systems
  • Manage incidents and requests through the ITSM tool
  • Troubleshoot access issues and escalate complex cases where needed
  • Support audits and maintain accurate access records
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and operational teams
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

About You

Essential:

  • Experience administering users in ERP or enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, Sage, Unit4 or similar)
  • Experience using ITSM tools and managing support tickets
  • Understanding of role-based access and provisioning principles
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience with reporting/BI tools (Power BI, TM1, ThoughtSpot, SSRS)
  • Knowledge of access governance, SoD, or audit controls
  • Basic SQL knowledge
