A highly reputable IT services company is looking for an experienced IT Technician to join their growing technical team. This role is ideal for someone with an MSP background who enjoys a mix of hands-on project work, client site visits, and technical escalation support.

As an IT Technician, you will support clients with escalated IT issues while also delivering installations, upgrades, migrations, and onsite project work. You will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring clients receive reliable and professional IT support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and escalation assistance to the service desk team
  • Complete onsite client visits for installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
  • Deliver IT projects including hardware deployments, migrations, and system upgrades
  • Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server/Desktop environments, networking, and VoIP systems
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates
  • Work independently and collaboratively within the technical team
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar IT support role
  • MSP experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Desktop OS
  • Understanding of WAN/LAN, VLANs, and VoIP systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
