As the first point of contact for clients, you ll play a vital role in ensuring every interaction is professional, positive, and solution-focused.
In this role, you ll manage incoming support requests, coordinate service tickets, keep clients informed throughout the resolution process, and work closely with technical teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
