We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their daily logistics operations.
Position Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, cost control, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will lead operational teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse, transportation, inventory, and distribution operations.
- Monitor operational performance against established KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
