We’re seeking a skilled Level 3 IT Technician with experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. You’ll handle escalated support tickets, manage client systems, and assist with IT projects — delivering exceptional service every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd-line technical support and fault resolution
- Maintain and upgrade client IT systems
- Plan and deliver migrations and IT projects
- Ensure SLA compliance and excellent customer service
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in a similar role within an MSP
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016–2022), Office 365, Active Directory & Azure AD
- Experience with Hyper-V, WAN/LAN troubleshooting, VLANs, and VoIP
- Project management and multitasking ability
- Full UK driving licence required
