  • Site management and coordination of suppliers, freelancers, sub-contractors, and internal teams
  • Project accounting, including preparing quotes, responding to tenders, budget control, cost reporting, and reconciliation
  • Organising, prioritising, and managing complex programmes of work and installation schedules across multiple sites
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Managing logistics and on-site operational planning
  • Preparing and overseeing Health & Safety documentation, including RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), and ensuring site compliance

  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD plans
  • Strong IT skills, ideally including Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • A positive, flexible, and “can-do” attitude
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, often to tight deadlines and using own initiative
