Pardgroup, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is looking for a new Senior Designer to join our UK team in London. The new colleague will carry out the following activities:
- Develop creative concepts from initial brief through to final presentation, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;
- Produce high-quality 2D and 3D design output for client presentations and internal development;
- Creating retail environments, pop-ups, window displays, and experiential concepts for premium and luxury brands;
- Work closely with project managers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure concepts are commercially viable and deliverable;
- Support the preparation of client pitch decks, mood boards, renders, and presentation material;
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously within a fast-paced agency environment;
- Support design development through material selection, finishes, detailing, and technical coordination;
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and installations where required.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- At least 5-10 years experience as a Senior Designer within retail design, experiential, VM, exhibitions, interiors, or creative production;
- Excellent knowledge of retail environments, materials, finishes, and spatial design;
- Experience developing projects from concept through to production;
- Strong understanding of how creative ideas translate into physical environments;
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;
- Experience using 3D design software such as SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Vectorworks, Rhino, or similar;
- Strong rendering and visualisation capabilities;
- Excellent communication, organisational and collaboration skills;
- A positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience working with luxury or premium brands within retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors;
- Knowledge of production processes, fabrication, and installation methods;
- Motion, animation, or AI visualisation experience would be advantageous;
- Knowledge of Italian would be a plus.
