We are looking for a full-time Enterprise Account Executive to join our UK-based Sales Team based in the UK or London. You’ll join a high energy, high productivity team, supported by a rounded GTM function and with access to regular and world class sales enablement.
The Role:
- You’ll build on your proven track record of selling a highly customizable SaaS solution to the top Enterprise level retailers and brands.
- You’ll build and maintain a solid sales pipeline through prospecting and networking.
- At all stages of the sales process, you’ll educate prospects on our solution through calls, demos, and customised presentations.
- By understanding potential customers' needs, you’ll be able to show how our solution solves important challenges in the post-purchase customer experience and drives retention and loyalty.
What you will do:
- Generate and drive new business opportunities through prospecting and networking within a specific sales region or set of named accounts.
- Conduct well-informed and consultative meetings with senior-level executives to demonstrate the business value of parcelLab's solution.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts to sales leadership.
- Ownership of all aspects of the sale process from building pipeline, conducting detailed Discovery, through to closing.
- Leverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams such as SDR, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation Team to efficiently navigate complex sales cycles.
- Coordinate with solutions consultants to ensure that proposed solutions meet clients' needs and align with their business goals and objectives.
- Prepare new proposals, value-based business cases, derive pricing, negotiate commercial terms, and work with legal to close contracts.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of sales experience within the SaaS space.
- Experience selling high-value e-commerce solutions to retailers and brands in an enterprise environment.
- Proven experience in taking full accountability of pipeline generation targets as well as working alongside SDRs.
- Proven and consistent track record of hitting quota.
- Proven success navigating multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Experience engaging with various buyer personas and key decision-makers (in particular Digital, CX, Ecommerce, Marketing).
- Confidence and gravitas in dealing with C-level executives.
- Experience with MEDDICC sales qualification and value selling methodology.
- Well-versed in e-commerce technology.
- Strong understanding of the retail sector.
- Sufficient numerical capability to craft customized business cases, quantifying the business value of investing in our technology.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong executive-level presentation skills (both externally with customers or partners and internally with colleagues worldwide).
Bonus points:
- Prior IC experience within Martech and/or logistics tech.
- Senior e-commerce and marketing contacts at high growth retailers and brands.
- Additional languages such as German, Italian, French or Spanish.
- Prior experience working in a start-up/scale-up stage technology company.
