Our post-purchase platform helps companies like John Lewis, Chico's, Yeti, AllSaints, and others transform every touchpoint into moments that drive customer engagement, build loyalty, and create customers for life. As parcelLab continues to scale globally, we’re growing our Legal function and are looking for a Paralegal to join us.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their legal career who wants real responsibility, exposure to commercial SaaS work, and the chance to help shape legal operations in a fast-growing tech business. You’ll be a key part of keeping deals moving, managing legal operations, and supporting privacy and compliance initiatives as parcelLab scales across the UK, EU and US. You’ll work closely with our Head of Legal and partner day-to-day with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and other key stakeholders.
This is a hands-on, in-house role where you’ll see the full lifecycle of commercial agreements and build strong foundations in SaaS legal work.
What you’ll do:

- GTM Enablement: Working closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to support contracting and ensure Legal input is timely and practical.
- Customer Documentation: Assisting with legal and privacy questionnaires (RFPs, onboarding and renewals).
- Procurement: Supporting review of supplier and event terms and internal approval workflows.
- Legal Operations: Maintaining our contract repository (Nomio), including renewals, notices and tracking key commercial terms.
- Privacy and Compliance: Supporting day-to-day privacy and compliance activities, including documentation and internal processes.
- AI Governance: Assisting with our AI governance and compliance readiness.
What we’re looking for:
- A law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- 1–2 years’ experience in a B2B SaaS, technology or fast-paced commercial environment.
- Experience supporting commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, DPAs or similar).
- Familiarity with GDPR and/or US privacy laws, and a strong interest in data protection, privacy or compliance.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling priorities.
- Confident working with cross-functional teams in a low-ego, high trust culture.
- Proactive mindset – you enjoy improving processes, not just following them.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term in-house career in commercial, legal operations or privacy-focused work.

What we offer:
- Remote-first – work from anywhere in the UK, with flexibility built into how we collaborate.
- High exposure to commercial SaaS deals and real responsibility from day one.
- Opportunity to help build and scale a modern, people-first in-house Legal function grounded in ownership, collaboration and trust.
- Close mentorship and development from an experienced in-house legal lead.
- A collaborative, international tech environment with ambitious growth plans.
- Clear scope to grow responsibility as the Legal function scales.
