What You Will Own
- Paid Social and Channel Expansion
- Retargeting buildout: Own the launch of retargeting programmes across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn from scratch, including pixel setup, audience architecture, funnel segmentation, and creative strategy.
- Prospecting campaigns: Build and manage prospecting campaigns on paid social and community channels, including Reddit and Quora.
- B2B paid acquisition: Own paid advertising to drive business leads for our new Parcelhero Pro SaaS subscription plans.
- PPC backup and support: Develop a solid working knowledge of our Google and Microsoft PPC accounts.
- Analytics and Measurement
- GA4: Use GA4 daily to monitor campaign performance, track conversion events, and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Reporting: Build and maintain paid media dashboards in Looker or Power BI.
- Testing: Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Creative and Collaboration
- Creative briefing: Brief the design team on ad creative requirements across all paid social channels.
- Cross-functional alignment: Work closely with the Head of Marketing, CIO, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- AI-powered working: We are a heavy Claude AI user across the business.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
- Proven experience building and running paid social campaigns on Meta Ads.
- Retargeting experience: you have set up and managed retargeting programmes before.
- Solid GA4 knowledge.
- Comfortable with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Genuinely hands-on: you build, launch, and optimise campaigns yourself.
- Strong analytical instincts.
- Active AI user.
- Based in the UK. This role is fully remote.
Desirable
- Experience running B2B paid campaigns on LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with Reddit Ads, Quora Ads, or other community platform advertising.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, SaaS, or a marketplace/price comparison environment.
- Exposure to Google Ads or Microsoft Ads at an operational level.
- Experience working in a small, remote-first team.
