Overview
Parcelforce Warehouse Sorter (Part Time) – Permanent, 35.5 hours per week with overtime opportunities. Location: Parcelforce Solent, Kites Croft Business Park, Fareham, PO14 4LW. Working hours: Wednesday − Friday, 23:09 − 08:45 and Monday, 02:00 − 07:30.
The role offers a starting salary of £24,210 (£12.21 per hour) increasing to £25,679 (£12.95 per hour) after a 6-month probation period, plus a supplement of £842 per annum pro rata, nightshift allowance, and additional benefits (based on a 38-hour full-time week). An Inner London weighting allowance of £5,423 per annum pro rata and an Outer London weighting allowance of £3,215 per annum pro rata may apply. The total package can be around £30,000 per annum, including benefits (based on a 38-hour full-time week with overtime).
Responsibilities
- Load and unload vehicles.
- Scan and label parcels quickly and accurately.
- Ensure every package leaves the processing centre on time and in good condition.
