Parcel Perform is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Head of Sales, Northern Europe to drive revenue growth and lead our expansion in the region, with a strong focus on enterprise customers. This role requires a leader who is not only strategic but also actively engaged in deal execution, coaching the team, and ensuring targets are exceeded. The role is fully remote, based in the United Kingdom.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own and execute a high-impact go-to-market and revenue strategy to expand Parcel Perform’s footprint in Northern Europe, with a sharp focus on acquiring and growing enterprise accounts.
  • Be hands-on in the sales process, actively engage in key deal cycles, support the team in negotiations, and personally drive high-value enterprise sales to successful closure.
  • Lead by example in prospecting, pipeline management, and deal execution, ensuring a steady flow of new business and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team (including Account Executives and Key Account Managers), setting clear expectations, fostering accountability, and ensuring a relentless focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Optimize sales execution by implementing best practices, refining sales playbooks, and continuously improving processes to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Set and manage sales forecasts, quotas, pricing strategies, and performance metrics, ensuring the team consistently delivers against revenue goals.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, including our Co-Founders, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and Product, to refine sales strategy and maximize customer value.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Has at least 8-10 years of solid sales experience in revenue generation and key account management, ideally within technology companies with a global presence (preferably SaaS or high-growth businesses).
  • Proven leadership experience managing and scaling sales teams, with expertise in prospecting, deal management, and closing sales, particularly within the enterprise sales.
  • Hands-on approach to the sales process, actively engaging in deal cycles and closing enterprise sales to drive business success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset, leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional, regional teams.
  • Passionate about mentoring and developing talent, fostering a results-driven and high-energy sales culture.
  • Deeply curious and knowledgeable about the SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics tech industry with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
