We're looking for qualified Approved Electricians to join our team, carrying out installation, maintenance, testing and inspection work across commercial, industrial, Ministry of Defence (MoD) sites and other secure facilities.
Applicants must hold:
- NVQ Level 3
- 18th Edition
- 2391 Test & Inspect
- A valid ECS Card
and be able to pass security clearance for MoD access.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and fault-finding work
- Work independently and as part of a small, professional team
- Conduct inspection and testing in accordance with BS 7671
- Complete electrical certificates and relevant documentation accurately
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
Essential Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- 2391 Test & Inspection (or 2394/2395 equivalent)
- Valid ECS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Able to pass security clearance (SC) checks
Desirable Skills:
- Experience on MoD or other secure/government sites
- Good understanding of safe systems of work
- Ability to communicate effectively and keep accurate records
