We are looking for the following:
- 1 x Full time Position (37 hours per week)
- 3 x Flexi Positions (Zero hour contract) - with a signed commitment to at least one shift per week
Parc Care LTD provides support and guidance for up to 4 young people between 12-18yrs in the Swansea area. We are a friendly and nurturing team that supports children in residential care with emotional and behavioural difficulties. We are nurturing in our approach and pride ourselves on providing a positive outlook in order to encourage our children to engage in direct work and learning life skills.
Day-to-day role includes:
- Providing daily emotional support
- Maintaining household chores
- Assisting young people with education or appointments
- Conducting direct work
- Adhering to safeguarding and confidentiality at all times
- Working as part of a team but also being able to use your own initiative
- Being able to implement boundaries confidently
- Liaising with outside agencies and working in multi-agency partnerships
Experience is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided. Candidates must be over 23 and hold a full UK manual drivers license.
Job Types: Contract, Permanent
Pay: £13.75-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.0 per week
