We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and committed LSA to join our multi-disciplinary team, based in a Speech language and Communication, SEND setting. Previous experience in education or working with students who have a range of learning needs and challenging behaviours is preferred.

Start Date: January 2026

Hours: Full-time (to 3.45pm)

ABOUT OUR SCHOOL: Parayhouse is a non-maintained special school, run by a registered charity to provide a specialist education for students with speech, language & communication needs, moderate learning difficulties and emotional, social & behavioural needs. We serve all London boroughs and students are spread across 5 classes, based on language and learning levels. We are co-located in part of the Hammersmith & Fulham College, with excellent transport links. Teachers, therapists and LSAs work collaboratively as part of a close and supportive multi-professional team, planning, delivering and evaluating the curriculum and its impact.
