Paratus Partners ltd is recruiting experienced Healthcare Workers to provide care across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. You will work on day shifts, waking nights, sleep-in shifts and weekends as required, delivering person-centred support to service users with varied conditions.
In this role you will follow individual care plans, monitor changes, document notes and liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure safe, high-quality care within the agreed employment arrangements.
