Acting as the contractor’s employer, Parasol handles all payroll, tax, and compliance requirements — ensuring smooth, compliant payments and access to full employment rights and benefits.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll and Pension Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the payroll and pension associated administration and employee enquiries are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing new starters and leavers
