We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Reprographics Operator to join our production team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, processing, and producing high-quality print-ready artwork and materials while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to customer specifications.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in print production, pre-press, or reprographics who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform artwork reprographics to ensure the file is press ready
  • Adhere to the internal check sheets, one-point lessons and range packs
  • Ensure a proof for approval is created correctly
  • An ability to retouch images to match customer supplied samples and proofs
  • Work towards achieving a good standard around our quality metrics
  • Have a good understanding of different print processes
  • Ensure you work to priority order within the Productivity Tool
  • A flexibility to work across different departments when workload peaks occur
  • Behave in a professional manner
  • Report to the Studio Production Supervisor and work closely with the Pre-flight, QC and Admin teams to ensure queries are addressed quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain good file housekeeping
  • Have organisational and time management skills
  • Know who the internal/external customers are and what their expectations are and understand their processes in this area
  • Communicate effectively
