Job Role: Finishing Team Leader
- Full time covering SQD
- Update Shift Manager or relevant department with any key concerns
- Carry out 5S audit across cell
- Update cell board daily
- Attend production meeting
- Ensure all machines are running at optimum speed for the style of carton where possible
- Have the experience and knowledge of the cell to provide support and training to any new starters or personnel as and when required
- Complete all related paperwork and input data onto the ERP system accurately
- Ensure the machine and equipment is maintained to a new like standard - raising any Engineering T Cards when necessary
