Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Social Media & Ecommerce Manager. The individual will oversee and manage the brand's social media presence, develop and implement content strategies, and optimize social media channels to drive engagement and brand awareness. They will also be responsible for managing the eCommerce platform, crafting promotional strategies, tracking performance metrics, and driving online sales through creative campaigns and market-centric initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or e-commerce — ideally in beauty, luxury, or lifestyle.
- Strong understanding of content creation, analytics, and online consumer behaviour.
- Experience with CMS/e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred).
- Proficient in social media tools, analytics dashboards, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
