Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Marketing Strategy
    • Develop and execute brand and marketing strategy across various markets
    • Lead seasonal campaigns and launches across digital, retail, and experiential channels
    • Ensure cultural depth, emotional resonance, and consistency across all touchpoints
    • Benchmark against culturally led and niche fragrance brands to identify differentiation
  • Growth & Performance Marketing
    • Own paid digital acquisition (Meta, Google, TikTok) directly or via partners
    • Drive customer acquisition while protecting brand integrity
    • Track and optimize CAC, ROAS, conversion, and retention
    • Lead experimentation across creatives, audiences, and funnels
  • Retail, Partnerships & Activations
    • Build relationships with boutique retailers, concept stores, and distributors
    • Lead retail onboarding, training, and brand-aligned activations (pop-ups, in-store)
    • Initiate culturally aligned collaborations (fashion, hospitality, design)
  • PR, Events & Storytelling
    • Support PR strategy, media storytelling, and brand events
    • Oversee brand presence at key fragrance fairs and cultural showcases
    • Guide brand voice, copy, and visual storytelling across channels
    • Conduct competitive and pricing analysis across priority markets
    • Identify growth and expansion opportunities
    • Contribute to product ideation with Founder & Creative team

Experience

  • 5–10 years in brand, marketing, or growth roles
  • Background in fragrance, beauty, fashion, luxury, or premium DTC brands
  • Experience with culturally led brands or strong brand identities
  • Prior experience in startups or high-growth, entrepreneurial environments

  • Strong blend of brand thinking and performance marketing execution
  • High level of taste, aesthetic judgment, and cultural sensitivity
