We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive our international subscriber growth by optimizing marketing spend strategies, collaborating across teams, and using data-driven insights to increase performance. What will you be doing?

  1. Marketing Strategy & Acquisition Optimization
    • Work closely with the Direct Response Acquisitions team to ensure flawless alignment of marketing spend strategies with business objectives.
    • Establish clear goals, handle budget allocations, and lead all aspects of the successful execution of spend strategies.
    • Develop a culture of teamwork that improves efficiency and campaign performance.
  2. Financial Planning & Forecasting
    • Partner with the Finance team to support forecasting cycles across multiple markets.
    • Provide data-driven insights to improve financial projections and ensure alignment with acquisition objectives.
    • Adapt financial planning and budget strategies based on market trends and performance indicators.
  3. Purchase Funnel & Conversion Rate Optimization
    • Find opportunities to refine and improve the purchase funnel to increase conversions and user acquisition.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of marketing automation tools.
  4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency of marketing strategies.
    • Provide leadership with regular insights on campaign performance, highlighting opportunities for improvement and growth.
    • Collaborate with execution teams to fine-tune spend allocation for maximum efficiency.
  5. Integrated Campaign Planning
    • Work closely with the Above-The-Line (ATL) Marketing team to develop and implement multi-channel launch strategies for new and returning titles.
    • Ensure campaigns are fully coordinated with acquisition strategies to optimize audience reach and engagement.
    • Supply strategic insights to improve marketing efficiency for upcoming releases.
  6. Cross-Functional Teamwork
    • Actively partner with teams across finance, business insights, and acquisitions to create a unified and data-driven approach.
    • Engage in strategic discussions, providing insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  7. Industry & Market Insights
    • Stay informed about emerging trends, industry innovations, and shifts in consumer behavior.
    • Identify new opportunities to enhance acquisition strategies based on evolving market conditions.
    • Maintain and refine subscriber growth forecasts using historical data, predictive modeling, and competitive analysis.
  8. Marketing Spend Optimization
    • Conduct in-depth channel performance analysis to identify high-impact acquisition opportunities.
    • Develop strategic plans for paid media campaigns, ensuring budget allocation is aligned with growth objectives.
    • Work alongside finance and marketing teams to balance investment efficiency with overall business goals.
  9. Econometrics & Data Modeling
    • Collaborate with the Business Insights team to develop and refine econometric models, including marketing mix modeling.
    • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously enhance the efficiency of marketing spend strategies.
    • Adjust models based on real-time performance metrics and evolving market conditions.

What are we looking for?

  • 5-6 years of experience in performance marketing or media buying.
  • Expertise in paid media across multiple digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel.
  • Confidence in communicating insights to senior leadership.
  • Background in TV, streaming, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Passion for entertainment and an understanding of audience behavior.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • German or Italian language skills are a plus!
