The Streaming Marketing team is looking for a Manager, Paid Social to lead all aspects of paid social media strategies, campaign execution, budget management, and performance reporting exclusively for Paramount+ (SVOD). The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing large-scale social media campaigns, optimizing media spend, and driving awareness and acquisition. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
What will you be doing?

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and coordination of paid social campaigns for Paramount+.
  • Manage budgets and media spend across social platforms to optimize performance and improve ROI.
  • Lead all aspects of end-to-end campaign development, including audience targeting, creative testing, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and implement paid social media strategies to drive user awareness, acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, data analytics, and marketing, to align campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze performance data, and build detailed reports for future improvements.
  • Identify and develop new marketing opportunities across paid social channels to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and processes to ensure continued innovation in paid social strategies.

What are we looking for?

  • Several years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social media management and campaign execution.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale paid social campaigns and optimizing budgets across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics (KPIs) and how they correlate to business objectives.
  • Expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit and other social platforms to optimize media spend and performance.
  • Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Experience with budget forecasting, allocation, and management for paid social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in reporting suites such as Adobe, Looker Studio, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting insights to leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate across international teams and adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the streaming industry and TV content trends.
  • Passion for entertainment and digital media.
  • Experience working with international markets and multilingual campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Equivalent experience in a related field is a plus, along with a higher education qualification.
