What will you be doing?

1. Lead all aspects of the end-to-end delivery of streaming projects, ensuring timely execution against the project roadmap.
2. Handle product prioritisation process in collaboration with streaming product director and other 5 stakeholders.
3. Oversee the project intake process in collaboration with the business analysis lead, ensuring all initiatives are properly refined and assessed before entering the delivery pipeline.
4. Lead a team of project managers and business analysts, ensuring accountability for delivery within the streaming team.
5. Establish and refine project governance frameworks across the streaming team.
6. Drive quarterly planning cycles with internal and external teams.
7. Champion process improvements, identifying areas for increased efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
8. Communicate progress and any associated issues/risks regularly to senior leadership teams across Paramount.
9. Act as the primary point of contact for third-party development vendors and ensure accurate resource planning and forecasting.
10. Be an Ambassador for 5 streaming both internally and externally.
11. Partner with teams across Paramount where initiatives require shared services for the 5 streaming platform.
12. Handle an annual budget of £10M+, ensuring accurate allocation of funds and resources across projects.
13. Define and track streaming team OKRs (Objective Key Results).
14. Contribute to and help shape the wider digital/non-linear strategy with the 5 business.

What are we looking for?

1. 5-10 years’ experience in leading internal delivery teams and external development vendors, ensuring high performance.
2. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external platform partners (ETV, Amazon, Youview, Sky) and internal 5 leads.
3. Track record of delivering process improvements across teams to improve efficiency.
4. Experience of leading technical programmes of work across globally distributed teams.
5. Management of budgets over £10M.
6. Experience of working with agile delivery frameworks and quarterly planning methodologies.
7. Skilled in quickly evaluating options, influencing partners, and driving swift resolutions.
8. First-class written and verbal communication skills at all organisational levels.
9. Strong partner management skills to communicate risks, issues, and mitigation options.
10. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
11. Comfortable using standard planning and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Asana, JIRA, Confluence).
12. Extensive experience in the broadcast and media sector.
13. Strong understanding of streaming technology and content distribution.
