The Senior Marketing Manager β Paramount+ will lead ATL marketing activity across content and brand campaigns, providing brand guardianship for Paramount+ across all consumer touchpoints. The Senior Marketing Manager will work with UK-based teams in streaming and the wider UK organisation, as well as Paramount+ international streaming teams, and will have a strong background mobilising cross-functional teams, planning, and delivering results. The Paramount+ Senior Marketing Manager will be an advocate of testing, learning and making insight and data-driven decisions, passionate about audiences and consumer culture, and will possess an entrepreneurial ability to try new and different things to drive growth. This role line develops the teamβs Marketing Executive. You will be passionate about content and invested in developing first class, award-winning 360 campaigns to ensure our content and brands stand out. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, possess integrity and be able to work autonomously.
What will you be doing?
- Work with the key UK partners and central (international) marketing teams to best leverage the brand and content and ensure great end to end customer experience.
- Developing go-to-market plans and marketing strategies for Paramount+ titles, working with wider brand and creative teams to deliver outstanding campaigns and creative executions, generating buzz and word-of-mouth.
- Drive development of creative briefs to guide the creative marketing process and support alignment of internal marketing teams on goals and strategies for content campaigns.
- Develop media briefs to guide the media planning process and support alignment of media agency and internal teams and partners.
- Activate 360Β° marketing strategy and plans for campaigns that incorporate multi-channel paid media and platforms and Lifecycle tactics across TV, OOH, digital video, audio, print, CRM, search, social, partners, performance and O+O.
- Identify and develop incremental audience opportunities and marketing tactics to drive additional viewership and acquisition.
- Implement (and feed into) brand identity, positioning and usage guidelines to ensure stability across all marketing communications.
- Make a leading contribution to ongoing brand strategies to differentiate the service from the competitive set.
- Produce key project management documents for multi-platform campaigns that will coordinate and align cross-functional teams.
- Run campaigns from development to launch to ensure perfect and timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exposure of key titles in our owned, earned and paid media ecosystem.
- Work closely with creative production to manage delivery of all creative assets across a campaign.
- Recommend, plan and co-ordinate marketing activities considering phasing, weighting, targeting, investment and media mix.
- Serve as strategic partner and authority in all things related to the brand and commit to alignment across application.
- Track performance and monitor key data that aligns to business objectives and illustrates efficiency.
- Enable optimisation of performance throughout a campaign by working hand-in-hand with the Analytics and Growth teams to provide insights and key findings, and evolve measurement and reporting practices.
- Provide ongoing metrics and reports to support marketing campaign efficiency and value, tracking and managing performance and compiling actionable PCAs.
- Propose test and learn measurable initiatives.
What are we looking for?
- Excellent background in translating business strategy into marketing plans, with significant knowledge and experience in writing audience-led media and creative briefs.
- Experience in assisting the development and delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Strong digital marketing literacy and an understanding of handling digital brands.
- Strong understanding of media planning and execution.
- Able to demonstrate experience of 360 integrated campaigns and track record of working on multimillion pound ATL ad campaigns.
- Experienced in leading the creative process through brief to delivery.
- Experience in a D2C brand role, within media or entertainment industry, preferably streaming or digital.
- Ability to come up with interesting ideas that drive buzz and cultural conversation.
- Ability to successfully handle many projects simultaneously and prioritise.
- Ability to influence and persuade many partners.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to build priorities, analyse data, and debate financial models with senior partners.
