Account Manager, Sponsorship

Role Overview Reporting to an Account Director, your role involves generating UK linear sponsorship and multi-platform partnership advertising revenue from specific media agencies. The relevant Paramount brands in the UK include Paramount+, Pluto, MTV, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon. Key Responsibilities Generate sponsorship and partnership revenue by promoting our brands\’ benefits to agencies. Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partnership teams. Deliver sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with the wider Paramount Advertising International team to produce compelling pitches. Maintain high-quality output and pursue award-winning work. Support the Client Services team during the deal-to-air process. Foster a positive team culture aligned with Paramount values. Candidate Requirements Ability to interpret partnership briefs and produce creative pitches based on insights. Understanding of agency roles. Proven experience in selling sponsorships and cross-platform partnerships. Knowledge of media platform roles and costs within cross-platform partnerships. Understanding of Ofcom Sponsorship regulations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability. Excellent communication skills, including presenting and writing engaging pitches. Ability to motivate stakeholders and lead client meetings confidently.
