The successful candidate will ideally have a proven history within a fast-paced environment, be a driven individual and be looking to expand their culinary skills within a progressive company.

The successful Sous Chef responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes.
- Leading, motivating, managing and training the kitchen team.
- Assisting the Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus, assisting with all aspects of kitchen management.
- Stock control, ordering, dealing with suppliers and all aspects of kitchen health, hygiene and safety.
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
