Paramount Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant to join its client, a well-respected luxury hotel in the Kingsbridge area. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of F+B, ideally a hospitality all-rounder. Working as part of a close-knit team, the successful F+B Assistant will have experience working within a luxury hospitality setting, but more importantly, have a strong work ethic and show themselves as a bubbly and friendly individual. The role would suit somebody who enjoys working as part of a team and isn’t afraid to assist in other departments.
Food and Beverage Assistant responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Taking food and beverage orders.
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handling cash/card orders.
- Clearing tables and resetting them for other guests.
