About The Role
As a GSOC Analyst, you'll assist in managing over 10 security systems, monitor Paramount operations for threats, prepare intelligence briefings, and respond to incidents in real-time. You'll be the go-to expert during emergency situations, providing guidance and ensuring seamless execution of security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- System Administration: Support the development and administration of workflows and business rules in Paramount's Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) solution.
- Emergency Response: Act as the subject matter expert during emergencies, ensuring effective coordination and decision-making.
- Threat Monitoring: Maintain tools to track global threats and operational risks to Paramount's business continuity.
- Incident Response: Quickly assess threats, coordinate emergency procedures, and keep all stakeholders informed.
- Intelligence Reporting: Prepare detailed intelligence briefs, daily reports, travel advisories, and analysis on emerging threats.
- Operator Support: Guide and support dispatchers during routine and emergency operations.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Political Science, Emergency Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience with security systems.
- Proven ability to draft technical policies, procedures, and detailed reports.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and shift assignments.
