As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) within Parameta Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the rapidly evolving financial data intelligence space. Role Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and seamlessly transition them to the sales team, ensuring an efficient and strategic handover process.
  • Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.
  • Consistently meet and exceed outbound sales quotas, contributing to Parameta Solutions' market expansion and revenue growth.

Experience / Competences

  • Previous success in a sales, business development, or client-facing role—ideally within financial data, analytics, or fintech.
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong understanding of sales processes, client needs, and business growth strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
