In this valuable role, the Clinical Supervisor is accountable for the supervision of PSWs and HSWs who are caring and making a difference for clients within the community. The Clinical UCP Supervisor will have the expertise to assess, implement and evaluate a wide range of clinical care interventions to ensure the delivery of safe, quality, and ethical care.

Work collaboratively with nursing team members to support clinical documentation and submission requirements according to specific funder reporting guidelines. Engage staff in problem solving, offering education, coaching, and mentoring in resolution of problems.

Maintain the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to provide safe, efficient, effective service in all areas of practice by keeping abreast of changes in practice setting that affect scope of practice.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a practicing Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse
  • Comprehensive patient health assessment skills are required
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team
  • Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and practice guidelines is required
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teaching skills
  • Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
