About The Role
Due to business growth we are currently seeking a Sales Co-ordinator, to work within our Technical Sales department. Duties will include but not limited to:
- Working alongside the Technical sales team to support with maintaining and updating clients' records, and updating our internal ERP system.
- Assisting with the creation and updating of sales packs for clients.
- Assisting with identifying and nurturing business opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analysing market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Ideally you will have worked within a Manufacturing or Technical sales environment although not essential. Attention to detail is a must and possess excellent communication both verbal and written. A good understanding of Microsoft software including Excel, Outlook and Word, with ideally working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems.
