About The Role
Working within the Quality department, you will be providing effective quality administration and compliance support for the Quality team, ensuring the Quality department remains efficient and compliant throughout the business.
Responsibilities
- Analyse data from quality testing and create daily reports for management.
- Produce weekly, monthly and annual quality reports as required.
- Compile certificates of conformance for all customers.
- Control the external testing plan, including obtaining and sending samples monthly, and communicating results.
- Collaborate with management to implement new quality initiatives and monitor their success.
- Record and investigate customer complaints in line with company procedure.
- Maintain process flow diagrams, amending when internal changes are actioned.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Assist the quality manager maintain AS9100, NADCAP and Customer approvals, plan and conduct internal audits, and continually develop the quality manual and procedures.
- Create / Update QMS documentation.
Previous Experience in Manufacturing or Engineering sector would be advantageous. You will need a strong attention to detail and be fluent in Microsoft applications.
