Experienced, English & French speaking, Process Analyst required for a 6-month contract working in the UK and France for a project to map the implementation of systems for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 3834-2:2021 in the Group companies and develop an integration plan for unified management system reporting and complementary reporting / certification of quality control activities.
Task
- To map the systems used for the implementation of the clauses of ISO 9001:2015 and incorporating the clauses ISO 3834-2:2021 in the different Group companies.
- To map the systems used for the documentation and reporting of product traceability, test and inspection results for the compilation of Data Books for completed contracts (Clause 8 of ISO 9001:2015 and incorporating Clauses 14 & 18 of ISO 3834-2:2021).
- Throughout the mapping process to analyse the operation of the systems in each plant and define a proposed route for changes to implement common and/or complementary systems to ensure unified management and reporting under ISO 9001:2015 and integrated process for compiling and issuing of contract documentation.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience - Essential
- Fluent in spoken and written English & French.
- Experienced process analyst in industrial manufacturing environments.
- Structured, disciplined and self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative, and as part of a team.
- Flexible, proactive and assertive approach in addition to strong organisational and prioritisation skills, whilst able to perform within tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literate, full working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Experience of working within an ISO 9001 quality management system.
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding production and inspection testing processes and procedures in metals manufacturing.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience – Desirable
- Experience of auditing of ISO 9001 systems.
- Background in quality control, or inspection role, in metals manufacturing environments, ideally metal casting and fabrication.
