About The Role

Due to the continued growth of the Paralloy Group, we are offering an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Firth Vickers Drilling division.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will assist across a range of departmental activities including but not limited to:

  • Working in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Managing reception and the main switchboard.
  • Sales order entry and creation of job card packs.
  • Final document pack and invoice creation, submitting to customers, and organizing document retention on the server.
  • Providing customer updates.
  • Producing sales quotations for customers.
  • Raising purchase orders through Fusion.
  • Inputting daily timesheets (production bookings into Emax) and running Emax efficiency reports.
  • Conducting site inductions for contractors.
  • Managing the holiday calendar and filing holiday request forms.
  • Organizing training matrix certificates, competency forms, and training sheets.
  • Performing general admin duties.

You will need a strong understanding of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
