What you'll do
- Lead and coordinate Parallel Wireless team efforts on technical projects involving 4G, 5G, Open RAN, and other radio communication technologies.
- Support a variety of customers, including the UK Government.
- Manage cross-functional teams to drive delivery of products and technical solutions to meet end-user requirements.
- Develop, implement and manage project plans for the delivery of complex technical solutions, track progress and implement reporting methods.
- Collaborate with Customer teams to define and establish joint operating models and governance frameworks for project delivery.
- Drive business process development and implementation for managing product lifecycles, including development, delivery, order fulfilment and operations.
- Implement project delivery governance, manage internal and external stakeholder communications, manage project documentation and reporting.
- Lead internal projects to improve Parallel Wireless processes or technologies.
What you must have
- Extensive experience in project management and team leadership
- Experience of running complex technology implementation programs
- Strong technical skills with an interest in communications engineering
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to produce structured and high-quality reports at executive and operational levels
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in plain language, written or spoken
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Experience with UK Government project management - Advantage
- Experience in the wireless communications field – Advantage
- Knowledge of Open RAN – Advantage
